Unable to see a Company?

Has a new company been created recently but you cannot see it? 


When a new company is created by a user, the creator must add the users to the newly created company.


This can be done via IBP Accelerator.  


  1. First confirm that the user(s) are in the Users screen. Go to Expert > Users.  If Users are not listed, add user. 
  2. Then go to Expert > Roles and add and select the appropriate role for the user(s).  The user(s) will be listed in a drop down menu in the User column.


  3. Once user is added, have user go to Company Config > Switch Company and user should be able to see the new company listed.
