Unable to see a Company?

Has a new company been created recently but you cannot see it? 

When a new company is created by a user, the creator must add the users that is to have access to the newly created company.

This can be done in the application.  

  1. First confirm that the user(s) are in the Users screen. Go to Expert > Users
  2. Then go to Expert > Roles and add and select the appropriate role for the user(s).  The user(s) will be listed in a drop down menu in the User column.

  3. Once user is added, have user go to Company Config > Switch Company and user should be able to see the new company listed.
